局部进展期鼻咽癌同时放化疗的近期疗效观察

目的提高局部进展期鼻咽癌的局部控制率。材料与方法８６例局部进展期鼻咽癌，前瞻性随机分为同时放化治疗组（Ｒ＋Ｃ组）和单纯放疗组（Ｒ组），进行疗效对比。两组病例放疗方法相同，放化疗组于放疗同时给５-氟脲嘧啶（５-Ｆｕ）和平阳霉素（ＢＬＭ－Ａ５）。结果放化疗组较单放组肿瘤退缩速度明显加快（Ｐ＜０．０．５），两年内肿瘤局部复发率下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），远处转移率两组无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。放化纯组较单纯放组毒副反应发生率高（Ｐ＜０．０５），但经对症治疗均能顺利完成治疗，后遗症两组无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论放疗同时并用５－Ｆｕ和ＢＬＭ－Ａ５化疗可提高局部进展期鼻咽癌的局部控制率。

The curative effect of local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy

Objective To improve local control rate of local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Materials and Methods 86patients with local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were prospectively divided into two groups randomly for contrast oftherapeutic effect : radiochemotherapy group (group R+C) and radiotherapy group (group R). The radiotherapy regime was same inthe two groups. 5-Fu and BLM-A, were given in group R+C simultaneously. Results Compared with the group R. the tumor flinchedtAster (P<0.05), the tumor residual rate was lower (P<0.05), and the tumor recurrence rate within 2 years afler treatment was lower(p<0.01 ) in group R+C. The distant metastasis rates of two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05). The sides effect of thegroup R+C were more serious than group R (P<0.05). Conclusion The local control rate of local advanced nasopharyngealcarcinoma could be improved by giving 5-Fu and BLM-A, during radiotherapy.
