| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨普米克令舒加可必特通过雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息型肺炎疗效.方法 喘息性肺炎患儿160例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各80例.对照组患者采用传统的雾化方式进行治疗,治疗组采用普米克令舒联合可必特实施雾化吸入,观察疗效.结果 两组患者的治疗有效率分别为76.7％和90％,具有统计学意义(p＜0.05).结论 普米克令舒加可必特雾化吸入治疗与系统护理疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective Discussion on Budesonide Suspension compound Ipratropium Bromide by atomizing inhalation in the treatment of infantile asthmatic pneumonia.Methods 160 children with asthmatic pneumonia, and 80 cases of the treatment group randomly divided into control groups.Atomization of the control group patients using the traditional approach to treatment,treatment group using PULMICORT RESPULES aerosol inhalation of joint implementation and observation of curative effect.Results Two groups of patient care efficiently and 76. 7%and 90%,respectively,with statistical significance(p <0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of Budesonide Suspension compound Ipratropium Bromide curative effect in treating and nursing significantly |
