带血管蒂前臂逆转岛状皮瓣修复手部瘢痕挛缩32例

目的：探讨带血管蒂前臂逆转岛状皮瓣修复手部瘢痕挛缩的疗效。方法：术前必须了解尺动脉、桡动脉和掌弓动脉有无变异，以桡动脉远端腕横纹处为蒂，以桡动脉为轴，切取比实际创面轮廓大0．5cm，比实际长度增长0，5—1，0cm的血管蒂皮瓣。切去瘢痕，缝合皮瓣。结果：术后随访6个月～5年，平均26个月，皮瓣全部成活，其外观及功能恢复均满意。结论：带血管蒂前臂逆转岛状皮瓣，取材方便，血运丰富，手术方法简便，皮瓣成活率高，是治疗手部软组织缺损较为理想的方法。

The Antebrachial Retrograde Island Flaps Wtih a Pedicle of Radial Artery was Adopted to Repair Scar Contracture on The Hands of 32 Cases

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of the antebrachial retrograde island flap with a pedicle of radial artery for repairng scar contracture on the hand.Methods:Before the operation,It must be known if existing the variations of radial,ulnar,and superficial palmar arch arteries.In the operation,The flap' pedicle that located on wrist print where was the terminal of radial artery was 0.5-1.0 cm longer than the reality,the flap' outline that located the radial artery as the axis was 0.5 cm larger than the opening of wound.Result:The period of follow-up was from 6 months to 5 years,average 26months.All the flaps survived completely.The appearances and their function recovered well.Conclusion:The antebrachial retrograde island flaps with a pedicle of radial artery had rich blood supply and taking them was convenient,the operation was simple,and the rate of operative success was higher.Therefore it was a idealer method of treatment for contracture on the hand.
