摘    要:目的:研制凝胶骨架型阿昔洛韦缓释片,考察缓释片的体外释药特性。方法:以羟丙甲纤维素为主要凝胶材料,采用正交设计,根据体外释药速率优选处方。结果:缓释片在10h内缓慢释药,其体外释药速率符合Higuchi方程,释药速度主要受到HPMC的类型、用量的影响,但压片压力的影响较小。

Abstract:Objective: To prepare and study Materia Medica the in vitro release of sustained release acylovir hydrophilic matrix tablets. Method: Using hypromellose( HMPC) as the main gel additive the formulation was optimizedaccording to the result of in vitro release rate based on orthogonal design. Conclusion: Sustained release acyclovir hydrophilic matrix tablets was released gradually within 10 hours in good accordance with the Higuchi equation. The release rate was mainly affected by types and amount of HPMC,with minor effect from compression pressure.
