摘    要:目的 研究四种国产碳纤维桩材料的细胞毒性.方法 采用MTT比色法检测碳纤维桩材料对小鼠成纤维细胞L-929活性与增殖的影响,计算相对增殖率RGR,评价其细胞毒性.结果 四种国产碳纤维桩材料的RGR值均>75%,且RGR值依次增加,细胞毒性均为1级.结论 四种国产碳纤维桩材料均无明显细胞毒性,其中一种材料的细胞相容性最好.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the cytotoxicity of four types of native carbon fiber-reinforced post materials(polyimide,PI). Methods The viability and proliferation of L-929 cells were tested by MTT assay. Relative growth rates of cells were calculated and the cytotoxicities were graded by generally accepted standard. Results Relative growth rates of PI1-4 were more than 75% and increased gradually. The cytotoxicity of PI1-4 was grade 1. Conclusion The four types of native carbon fiber-reinforced post materials have no evident cytotoxicity,and PI4 has the best cytocompatibility.
