夹心式32磷-玻璃微球经肝动脉介入治疗中晚期肝癌的临床观察(附27例报告)

目的：探讨^32磷－玻璃微球经肝动脉介入治疗肝癌的疗效。方法：采用Seldinger技术将导管选择性地插到肝固有动脉或肝左、右动脉，按夹心式给药方法注入^32磷－玻璃微球碘油混悬液和化疗药。结果：治疗中晚期肝癌27例，治疗后患者临床症状、体征改善，3、6、12个月生存率分别为96.3%、71.1%、63.0%，中位生存期13个月；而对照组分别为77.8%、37.0%、18.5%和4个月。结论：^32磷－玻璃微球是治疗中晚期肝癌的一种有效的内照射核素和末梢栓塞剂。

Clinical Study on Middle/Advanced Stage Hepatic Cancer Treated with Hepatic Arterial Intervention of 32P-Labelled Glass Microspheres - A Report of 27 Cases

Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of hepatic cancer treated with hep-atic arterial intervention of 32 P-lasbelled glass microspheres( 32 P-GMS).Methods:Seldinger method was used for selective catheterization of proper hepatic artery,right hepatic artery or left hepatic artery.A mixed suspension of 32 P-GMS,lipiodol and chemotherapeutic agents were in jected through the catheter.Results:The clinical manifestations of the patients improved signifi casntly in 32 P-GMS group,and their3-,6-,12-month survival rates were96.3%,71.1%,63.0%re spec tive-ly and the median survival time was13months,while in control group,they were77.8%,37.0%,18.5%respectively and the median survival time was4months.Conclusion:As a internal irradi-ating terminal embolic agent,32 P-GMS is effective in the therapy of middle /ad vanced stage hepat-ic cancer.
