| 摘 要： | 派遣机动卫勤分队出国执行维和卫勤保障任务，对锻炼卫勤队伍，提高自我保障条件下医疗救治能力，取得海外部署军队卫勤保障经验十分重要。本文结合作者所在医院抽组医疗分队所担负的维和卫勤保障任务，对医疗分队在维和任务区的组织指挥、输送与展开、联络与协调、医疗保障、应急准备、卫生防疫、后勤保障等工作的组织与管理进行了深入研究。

| Abstract: | Mobile medical detachment is sent out to fulfill mission of peacekeeping and medical support. It is very important for forging team, improving ability of medical secure and achieving experiences on deraigning. In accordance with mission of peacekeeping, the author discussed the organization and command, transportation and deploying, communication and corporation, medical support, emergency preparation, health epidemic prevention, logistical support in region of peacekeeping. |
