健康体检人群体重指数与中医偏颇体质的相关性研究

摘    要:目的研究健康体检人群中体重指数与中医偏颇体质之间的相关性,分析体重指数是否为偏颇体质状态形成的危险因素。方法调查研究首都医科大学附属北京中医医院治未病中心健康体检资料624份,其中男性调查对象资料188份,女性调查对象资料436份。根据现场测量的身高体重数据记录,按照体重指数=体重(kg)/身高2(m2)计算体重指数;参照中华中医药学会《中医体质分类与判定》标准进行8种偏颇体质分类;应用SPSS15.0统计软件进行体重指数与偏颇体质之间的相关性研究及Logistic逐步回归研究。结果①是否为阳虚质、血瘀质、气郁质的体重指数存在统计学差异(P0.05);②阳虚质、血瘀质、气郁质此三种偏颇体质与体重指数呈正相关(0r1);随着体重指数增加,形成阳虚质、血瘀质、气郁质此三种偏颇体质危险度增加。结论高于正常的体重指数是阳虚质、血瘀质、气郁质形成的危险因素,控制体重对于预防此三种偏颇体质的形成有积极意义,并可能提高生存质量及减少心脑血管事件的发生率。
