牛皮质骨棒治疗兔膝关节内骨折的实验研究

摘    要:了解牛皮质骨棒对动物关节内骨折的内固定作用。方法 14只新西兰大白兔制成右股骨髁间骨折模型,用牛骨棒行内固定。术后1,2,4,6,8,10,12周分批处死动物进行放射学,组织学检查。结果 术后4周所有骨折均完全愈合,随着时间处长,牛骨棒亦逐渐吸收,但炎症反应一直存在。结论牛皮质骨棒作为一种新型内固定材料具有良好的固定效果和生物相容性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the role of bovine cortical bone needle as an internal fixation material for the intraarticular fracture. Methods The intraarticular fractures between condyles of the right femur in 14 New Zealand rabbits were created and fixed with the bovine cortical bone needles, the condyles were observed radiologically and histologically at 1,2,4,6,8,10,12 weeks after operation respectively. Results The fractures were healed at the 4th week after operation, the needles were absorbed gradually, but the inflammatory reaction maintained for a long time. Conclusion The bovine cortical bone needle shows good fixation effect and biocompatibility.
