| 摘 要： | 本文对60例原发性肝癌患者进行血清CA-50免疫放射分析测定,并与40例正常人比较,结果原发性肝癌患者血清CA-50含量明显升高,异常率为73.33％;而在AFP阴性或低值的原发性肝癌患者中异常率高达83.33％,因此血清CA-50免疫放射分析测定可以作为AFP的协同和补充,以提高肝癌的诊断水平。

| Abstract: | Serum CA-50 was determined by immunoradiometric assay in 40 healthy subjects and 60 patients with primary liver cancer (PLC). The results showed that the mean serum CA-50 level in PLC was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects. The positive rate of CA-50 in the patients with PLC was 73. 33%. No correlation was found between the content of AFP and the positive rate of CA-50 in the patients with PLC. In the PLC patients with AFP negation or low level,the positive rate of CA-50 was as high as 83. 33%.The results suggest that serum CA-50 determination is suitable for detecting the PLC patients with AFP negation or low level. |
