| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝穿刺活体组织病理检查结果，提高临床诊疗水平，指导治疗提供依据。方法采用1秒钟快速肝穿活检术。对112例乙型肝炎临床与病理诊断的符合率进行分析。结果经病理证实乙型肝炎64例占57．1％，肝癌30例占26．8％，脂肪肝2例占1．8％，捕述性诊断16例占14_3％。临床诊断与病理诊断符合率为57．1％。结论肝功正常的乙肝病毒携带、慢性乙肝轻、中度、肝硬化（代偿期）、描述性诊断及肝癌之间临床与病理诊断的一致性还存在差异。提示临床诊断与病理诊断相结合，有助于提高诊断准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore live organism patho-scopy after liver puncture, and elevate diagnosis and treatment to guide treatment. Methods Analysis of 112 type B hepatitis patients＇s coincidence to clinical appearance with patho-diagnosis with liver puncture biopsy quikly. Results There were 64 type B hepatitis patients （57.1%）, 30 liver cancer patients （26.8%）, 2 fatty liver patients （1.8%）, 16 patients delineation diagnosis （14.3%）. The coincidence to clinical diagnosis with patho-diagnose was 57.1%. Conclusion Normal liver function about chronic type B hepatitis, hepatic cirrhosis （compensation）, delineation diagnosis and liver cancer have no difference. |
