摘    要:目的:评价不同的口腔护理方法对经口气管插管机械通气病人口腔清洁效果及预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的临床效果。方法:选择在本院经口气管插管机械通气时间超过48h的病人84例,按照随机分组试验组41例,对照组43例。对照组采用常规擦拭法口腔护理,实验组采用先冲洗后口腔擦拭再冲洗法相结合的口腔护理。观察两组口腔清洁、口臭、口腔炎和VAP的发生情况。结果:实验组口腔清洁明显改善,发生口臭、口腔炎和VAP明显降低(P0.05)。差异有统计学意义。结论:对经口气管插管机械通气病人应用口腔擦拭法和冲洗法相结合的口腔护理法,可提高病人口腔清洁,降低口臭、口腔炎和VAP的发生率。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of different oral care practice on patient's oral hygiene and the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in orotracheal-intubated mechanical ventilation patients. Methods: 72 cases of patients, who hospitalized ventilated for longer than 48hs, were randomly divided into the observation grout) and the control zrouD. Conventional oral care measures were used in the control group, while acombination of rinse-wipe-rinse oral nursing were adopted in the observation halitosis, stomatitis and occurrence of VAP were recorded. Results The oral improved significantly, the occurrence of halitosis, stomatitis, and VAP were control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: A combination of rinse-wipe-rinse oral ziene and reduce the incidence of halitosis, stomatitis, and VAP. group. Observation of oral hygiene, hygiene of the observational group significantly lower than that of the care can improve patients oral hyglene and reduce the incidence ot hahtosls, stomatitls, and VAP.
