早发和晚发型重度子痫前期临床特点和围产结局分析

目的:分析早发型和晚发型重度子痫前期的临床特点及妊娠结局。方法:回顾性分析某医院近两年产科分娩的重度子痫前期患者的临床资料,以妊娠32周为界,将其分为早发型和晚发型重度子痫,比较两组间期待治疗孕产妇及围产儿并发症的发生情况。结果:与晚发型组相比,早发型组孕妇并发症、异常围生儿、病死率等差异均有显著性。结论:早发型重度子痫前期患者的病情重,积极预防、早期诊治早发型重度子痫前期患者对改善母婴预后意义重大。

Clinical Features and Pregnancy Outcomes of Early-Onset and Later-Onset Severe Pre-Eclampsia

Objective：To explore clinical features and pregnancy outcomes of early-onset and later-onset severe pre-eclampsia.Methods：Clinical data of severe pre-eclampsia were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital nearly 2 years.The patients were divided into two groups which took 32 weeks as a dividing line,early-onset pre- eclampsia groupand later-onset pre-eclampsia group. Results：Compared with later-onset group, early-onset group pregnant complications, the abnormal peri-natal outcome, mortality were significant differences. Conclusions： Early-onset severe pre-eclampsia patients condition are severe, we should take active prevention, early diagnosis the early-onset severe pre-eclampsia patients which are imoortant for mother and children.
