经皮肾镜碎石术患者静脉留置针新固定方法的探讨

目的:探讨经皮肾镜技术(PCNL)手术患者术期静脉留置针采用新方法固定的效果。方法:将120例PCNL术患者按照手术单双号日期随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规法透明敷贴固定静脉留置针,观察组在常规法固定基础上加用一段普通无菌绷带缠绕和裁剪的医用手术膜包裹固定,评价术期两组静脉留置针固定后的针头脱出及重新固定情况。结果:观察组在整个术期静脉留置针针头脱出及重新固定率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PCNL术患者在术期采用常规法固定后用无菌绷带缠绕和医用手术膜固定静脉留置针的方法,明显减少了术期发生针头脱出及重新固定的情况,提高了手术安全性和护士的工作效率。

Discussion On the New Way of Fixing the Intravenous Catheter Needle for the PCNL Surgery Patients

Objective：Discussion on the effect of applying new way to fix the intravenous catheter for the PCNL surgery patients during the operation. Methods： dividing the 120 PCNL surgery patients into control group and observation group randomly based on the odd and even surgery date. Each group is allocated with 60 pa- tients. The control group applies the conventional way to fix the intravenous catheter that is using the transparent applicator, while the observation group applies ordinary sterile bandages and cutting medical surgical membrane to fix the intravenous catheter on the basis of traditional fixing. Then compare the needles loosening and re-fixing status.Findings： During the whole surgery period, the times of the needles loosening and re-fixing in the observa- tion group is apparently less than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： By using the sterile bondage and medical surgical membrane besides the traditional fixing for PCNL surgery patients during the surgery period, the author finds that the new way of fixing the intravenous catheter lessens the needle loosening and re-fixing improving the surgical safety and the working efficiency of the nurses.
