| 摘 要： | 探讨基本医疗保险一体化问题。随着医改的深入,我国基本医疗保障制度已初步建立,而基本医疗保险经办机构分别隶属不同部门管理,人为增加成本和造成基本医疗保险体系的割裂。该文通过对我国基本医疗保险经办机构现状和存在问题进行分析,提出我国医疗保险经办机构一体化的建议。

| Abstract: | Studied integration of basic medical insurance. With the medical reform deepening, China＇s ba- sic medical insurance system has been established, while the basic medical insurance agencies are subordinate to different departments, which artificially increases the cost and causes the system separate from each other. Based on China＇s basic medical insurance agencies overview and analysis of existing problems, this article puts forward some suggestions about our country medical insurance agencies integration. |
