经皮肾镜下钬激光碎石术护理及配合

目的:探讨经皮肾镜下钬激光碎石的手术配合及护理要点。方法:回顾性分析42例经皮肾镜下钬激光碎石的手术配合及护理措施。结果:42例经皮肾镜下钬激光碎石中,经钬激光碎石一次取净结石40例,2次钬激光碎石取净结石2例。42例患者术中均未输血,术后均无并发症发生,常规放置双J管,双J管留置时间30～60d,平均35d。术后回访效果满意。结论:经皮肾镜下钬激光碎石术具有创伤小、出血量少、并发症少,恢复快等优点,是治疗泌尿系统结石的最佳选择。

Operative cooperation and nursing in holmium laser lithotripsy under percutaneous nephroscope

Objective： To explore the operative cooperation and nursing points of holmium laser lithotfipsy under percutaneous nephroscope. Methods ： A retrospective study was carried out to investigate the operative co- operation and nursing of 42 patients receiving holmium laser lithotripsy under percuta-neous nephroscope in our hospital. Results： Stones were completely cleared in 40 patients at first holmium laser lithotripsy,in 2 patients at second holmium laser lithotripsy. No blood transfusion was needed during the operations and no postoperative complications was seen. Double J catheter was inserted and indwelled for 30 to 60 days with a average of 35 days. Postoperative follow-up was satisfying. Conclusions ： Holmium laser lithotripsy under pereutaneous nephro- scope possesses the advantages of little trauma,hemorrhage choice for treatment of calculus in urinary system. and complication and quick recovery.It is the best
