| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重症颅脑损伤患者气管切开的气道护理措施和效果。方法:回顾分析36例重症颅脑损伤气管切开患者的护理措施。结果:采用GOS预后评价标准,14例预后较好(39%),其中恢复良好8例,中残6例;预后较差17例(47%),其中重残12例,植物生存5例;死亡5例(14%)。抢救成功率86%。结论:重症颅脑损伤患者气管切开保持呼吸道通畅,及时扣背吸痰,有效的气道湿化,减少呼吸道损伤是治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective： To.investigate the measures and results of care for tracheotomy in pat!ents with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods： Retrospectively analysis the care for 36 cases of tracheotomy patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Results： Based on GOS, 14 patients were better prognosis （39%）, of which nice recovery in 8 cases, the moderate residual in 6 cases, poor prognosis in 17 patients （47%）, of which 12 cases with severe disability, 5 vegetative patients,5 cases of death （14%）, 86% success rate totally. Conclusion： The clear airway, timely suction, effective airway humidification and reduced respiratory tract injury are the keys of successful treatment for tracheotomy patients with severe traumatic brain injury |
