医院绩效管理的探讨

摘    要:探讨如何建立和完善医院的绩效管理。医院绩效管理应结合战略管理和医院内部各岗位职责,加强绩效辅导和沟通,根据医院管理现状确认考核指标,强化考核结果应用,兼顾效率及质量。建立健全医院绩效管理体系,有利于激励医护员工的积极性,进一步规范优化医院的运行机制,提高医院的运行效率,提高医院的核心竞争力、实现医院的战略。

Abstract:stablishment and improvement of the performance management of the hospital,the hospital’s strategy.Hospital performance management should be combined with the strategic management and every job responsibilities of hospital interior,counsel & communication,and confirm the assessment according to hospital management status indicators,and strengthen the application of evaluation results,taking into account the efficiency and quality,to enhance performance.Establishing and improving hospital performance management system will be beneficial to inspire the enthusiasm of the medical staff,to standardize the hospital’s operating mechanism further,and to improve the operating efficiency of hospitals,improving the core competitiveness of the hospital.
