碘伏棉签在静脉输液皮肤消毒中应用的探讨

目的:探讨碘伏在静脉输液中皮肤消毒效果,提高临床护理人员消毒技术操作水平,加强无菌观念。方法:对某医院门诊静脉输液患者进行随机抽取120例,再随机分成两组:碘伏皮肤消毒(实验组)和75%酒精皮肤消毒(对照组),将两种消毒方式比较。结果:两种消毒法细菌检测的除菌率差异有显著性意义。结论:用碘伏消毒皮肤效果明显、可靠,提高了护士的工作效率,这样既不耽误时间,又可发挥最大消毒效能,值得临床推广。

Effect of iodophors cotton swab in the intravenous infusion of skin disinfection application

Objective： To analyze the effect of skin disinfection with Iodophors and to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods： 120 consecutive outpatients to our hospital who received intravenous infusion and they were randomly divided into 2 groups： sterilize with iodophors group and sterilize with alcohol group. The numbers of skin bacterial colonies and disinfection pass rate at 5 and 30s after disinfection were calculated. The effect of skin disinfection of two groups were observed. Results： The skin number at 5 and 30s in the two groups. There were no significant differences were observed between the two groups. But bacterial detection positive rate showed significant difference between the two groups after 30s.Conclusion： Sterilize with iodophors on skin is effective, reliable and can improve the working efficiency of nurses and maximize the disinfection efficacy. It is worthy of clinical application.
