基层产科处理胎膜早破的临床体会

目的:探讨基层产科处理胎膜早破的方法及疗效。方法:采用回顾性调查,将某医院住院的104例胎膜早破的病例作为观察组,并随机抽取该医院同期104例无胎膜早破的产妇作对照组,将两组进行对比分析。结果:胎膜早破对比无胎膜早破的产妇发生难产率、需行阴道助产率、新生儿窒息率、剖宫产率均升高。结论:胎膜早破在基层产科的正确、及时处理,从而降低孕产妇剖宫产率及难产率,对提高农村母婴保健服务水平有着重要意义。

The experience in treatment of premature rupture of fetal membrane

Objective： To discuss the treatment and treatment effect of premature rupture of fetal membrane （PROM） in maternity unit of primary care. Methods： Retrospective review and analyze the clinical data of 104 PROM cases from our hospital , and randomly select 104 parturient without PROM, to compare and analyze these two groups. Result： By comparison, PROM can cause a parturient with a higher rate of dystocia, a higher rate of vaginal birth, a higher rate of newborn asphyxia and a higher rate of cesarean section. Conclusion： The proper and prompt treatment of PROM in maternity unit of primary care can decrease the rates of cesarean section and dystocia, which has significant impact on promoting the service of maternal and infant heahhcare.
