降低新生儿疾病筛查实验室阳性切值的探讨

目的:探讨降低实验室阳性切值对新生儿疾病筛查的影响。方法:降低卫生部实验室阳性切值对常州市2008年12月1日~2010年11月30日期间出生的74201例新生儿进行疾病筛查。结果:按卫生部规定的实验室阳性切值,初筛查出可疑阳性为902例(其中被召回847例),确诊43例;实验室阳性切值降低后,增加初筛可疑阳性310例(被召回302例),其中确诊0例,即在实验室阳性切值降低范围内无1例被确诊。结论:降低实验室阳性切值并不能提高新生儿疾病筛查的确诊率,而要从加强质控入手,切实做好新生儿疾病筛查工作。

The Discussion of Lowering Positive Cut-off in Laboratory for Neonatal Disease Screening

Objective： To discuss the influence of lowering lab＇s positive cut-off for neonatal disease screen Methods： The lower positive cut-off than that of Ministry of Public Health was used to screen for 74201 newborns who were born in ChangZhou from December 1, 2008 to November 30, 2010. Results： according to the lab＇s positive cut-off of Ministry of Public Health, the 902 doubtful masculine cases were screened in which 847 cases were recalled and 43 cases were confirmed, if using the lower cut-off, the number of doubtful cases was added additionally 310,in which 302 cases were recalled and 0 cases were confirmed, that is to say, within the scope of reduction, no case any one can be added.
