| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骨科临床护理中老年患者存在的护理风险,制定有效的风险管理措施。方法:将156例骨科老年患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各78例,对照组采用一般护理管理,观察组根据分析评估护理风险发生的相关因素,实施干预对策。结果:实施有效的干预对策减少了护理安全隐患,降低了护理缺陷发生,患者满意度提高。结论:有效的干预,降低了护理风险系数,规避护理风险的发生。

| Abstract: | objective： Discussion of clinical nursing in elderly patients in nursing risk, and effective risk management measures. Methods： 256 cases of elderly orthopedic patients were randomly divided into the observa- tion group and the control group with 78 cases in each group, control group using general nursing management, the observation group being implemented with intervention measures according to the analysis and evaluation of nursing risk and its related factors. Results： Implementation of effective intervention measures can reduce the nursing safety hazard, reduce nursing defects, and improve patients satisfaction. Conclusion： Effective nursing in- tervention can reduce the risk coefficient, and avoid nursinz risk. |
