护理干预在髋关节置换术中预防压疮的作用

目的:探讨护理干预对髋关节置换术中预防压疮的意义。方法:将110例髋关节置换术患者随机分为干预组55例和对照组55例,对照组给予常规手术护理,干预组在常规手术护理基础上采取加强术前宣教,认真评估压疮的危险因素,制定相应的护理干预措施。结果:护理干预组术后压疮发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者进行全面有效的术前评估压疮发生的危险因素,术中实施有效的护理干预,能有效降低髋关节置换手术患者压疮的发生率。

Effect of nursing intervention in the prevention of pressure ulcers in hip replacement surgery

Objective： To investigate the significance of nursing intervention for hip replacement in the prevention of pressure sores aspects.Methods： Patient of hip replacement surgery were randomly divided into two groups, both intervention group and control group were 55 cases, The control group was given routine surgical care, while the intervention group was received the preoperative propaganda and risk factors assessment besides the routine surgical care.Results： The incidence of postoperative pressure ulcer for intervention group was lower than the control group significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The incidence of pressure ulcers for the patients with hip replacement surgery was reduced effectively,if the patient was received the preoperative propaganda, risk factors assessment and effective nursing care besides the routine surgical care.
