多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影在肺小动脉栓塞诊断中的价值

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影(MSCTPA)在肺小动脉栓塞诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析12例肺小动脉栓塞患者的临床资料及MSCTPA表现。结果:12例患者肺栓塞均位于肺动脉段及亚段水平,受累肺动脉段及亚段126支,MSCTPA显示肺小动脉栓塞的征象为肺小动脉内的大小不等的充盈缺损所致的狭窄及闭塞改变,其中中心性充盈缺损44支,附壁性充盈缺损51支,闭塞31支。结论:MSCTPA是准确、快捷、无创的影像诊断方法,可以作为诊断肺小动脉栓塞的首选检查方法。

Value of multi-slice spiral CT Pulmonary angiograPhy in the diagnosis of small Pulmonary Embolism

Objective： To study the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT pulmonary anglograplay（MSCTPA） for small pulmonary embolism. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 12 patients with pulmonary artery embolization small the clinical data and MSCTPA performance. Results： Twelve cases of patients with pulmonary arterial and pulmonary embolism are located in sub - paragraph level, involvement and subsegmental pulmonary paragraph 126, MSCTPA shows signs of pulmonary small artery embolism for varying sizes of filling defect in the small pulmonary artery stenosis and occlusion caused by changing, including central filling defect 44, mu- ralthrombi 51, and completed occlusions 31. Conclusion： MSCTPA is non-invasive,fast,and highly sensitive for pulmonary embolism, and it should be the modality of choice for the diagnosis of small pulmonary embolism.
