儿科低年资护士临床护理观察能力的培养

目的:探讨培养l~3年低年资儿科护士护理观察能力。方法:通过对儿科低年资护士责任感、专科理论知识、临床护理观察技巧和方法的培训,提高其护理观察能力;并通过临床医护人员、患儿家长问卷调查,以及回顾性总结研究考察其效果。结果:有针对性的培训,显著提高了低年资护士的理论及操作水平,提高临床护理观察能力。结论:强化低年资护士临床观察能力的培养,能提高护理质量,减少护患纠纷发生率,改善护患关系。

Training of Clinical Nursing Observation Ability in the Inexperienced Nurses in Department of Pediatrics and the Effects

Objective： To investigate training ability of nursing observation in nurses with 1 to 3 years work experiences in department of pediatrics and the effects. Methods： To improve the nurses＇ ability of nursing obser- vation by cultivating the responsibility, the special theoretical knowledge, the techniques and methods of clinical nursing observation in the inexperienced nurses and to explore the effects by researching the questionnaire of the clinical works and family of the patients, retrospective study the accident rate of nursing accident and dispute between doctors and patients between before-training and post-training. Results： Special training could enhance the theoretical and operant level in inexperienced nurses, strengthen their responsibility, improve their nursing attitude and ability of nursing observation . Conclusion： Strengthening training the ability of clinical observation could reduce the accident rate of medical treatment accident and nursing accident and improve the nursing qual- ity and the relationship between nurses.
