40例患者单气囊小肠镜检查的护理配合

目的:探讨40例患者单气囊电子小肠镜检查的护理配合技巧。方法:对40例单气囊电子小肠镜检查术中护理配合方法进行回顾性总结,包括术前准备、心理护理、术中配合、术后护理。结果:40例均操作成功,未发生并发症。结论:在单气囊电子小肠镜检查中,充分的术前准备、熟练的术中配合及正确的术后处理,是检查成功的关键。

Nursing coordination of single balloon enteroscopy examination in 40 patients

Objective： To explore the nursing coordination skills of single balloon enteroseopy examination. Methods：Nursing data of 40 patients with single balloon enteroseopy examination were collected and retrospectively summarized, including preoperative preparation, psychological nursing, cooperation during operation and postoperative care.Results：40 eases of single balloon enteroseopy examination were successfully finished, No complication was found. Conclusion： During the single balloon enteroscopy examination, sufficient preoperative preparation, skilled coordination during operation and proper postoperative management, are the key to the success of enteroseopic examination.
