急性脑卒中偏瘫患者早期系统化康复护理效果研究

目的:探讨早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动(ADL)能力和肢体运动功能的影响。方法:选取120例急性脑卒中患者,随机分为康复组和对照组,两组患者治疗原则相同,对照组给予常规护理。康复组在常规护理基础上同时进行早期系统化的康复护理。比较两组治疗前及康复护理1个月后康复情况。结果:经平均1个月的康复治疗,康复组ADL能力和Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分显著提高,经t检验两组差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论:早期康复护理能明显改善患者肢体运动功能,提高ADL能力。

Effects of Early Systemic Rehabilitation Nursing for Acute Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective： To study the effect of early systemic rehabilitation nursing on the activities of daily living and the motor function of the acute stroke patients with hemiplegia. Method： 120 patients were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the rehabilitation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training based on conventional therapy. The effect evaluations were made before the treatment and after 1 month of rehabilitation motor training between two groups. Result： There was significant decrease in activities of daily living and the Fugl-Meyer scores in rehabilitation nursing group compared with control group after one month （P〈0,05）. Conclusion： Early systemic rehabilitative nursing may promote both activities of daily living and the motor function of acute stroke oatients with hemiolegia.
