儿童过敏性紫癜56例临床分析

目的:通过对56例过敏性紫癜住院患儿临床资料进行分析,了解其临床特点,提高诊断和治疗水平。方法:对56例过敏性紫癜住院患儿临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:5~12岁儿童是过敏紫癜的高发群体,男多于女,100%出现皮肤紫癜,其中80.4%为首发症状。结论:过敏性紫癜临床表现多样,皮肤型紫癜较为多见;其次为腹型,关节型、肾型过敏性紫癜虽然少见,但因缺乏皮肤紫癜易造成误诊,值得临床注意。
