| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨干髓治疗复发的原因以及再治疗的方法。方法:选择100例干髓治疗失败的患者,采用塑化治疗和牙胶冷测压充填,观察临床效果。结果:重新治疗的患者,2年的随访发现临床症状消失,X线显示根尖周有新骨形成占92%。结论:干髓治疗失败率较高,重新采用根管再治疗和塑化治疗后能大大提高根管治疗的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the failure reasons of pulp mummification sure.
