腹股沟疝无张力修补术后补片感染的原因及治疗

目的:探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术后发生切口感染原因分析和治疗及处理原则。方法:回顾性分析某院经治愈的20例无张力修补术后发生切口感染的患者,记录患者再次手术的手术时间及手术方法,并随访观察预后情况。结果:20例患者均行手术治疗(19例患者的补片部分取出,1例患者全部取出)。术后20例患者切口愈合良好,随访中未有疝的复发及切口再次感染,随访时间6~12个月,平均为9个月。结论:腹股沟疝无张力修补术后发生切口感染的原因与多种因素有关,积极的外科治疗,手术取出感染补片是治疗的关键。

Causes and Treatment of the wound infection and treatment after tension-free ingninal hernia repair

Objective： To discuss the wound infection and treatment after tension-free ingninal hernia repair. Methods To collect and study the patient during who got wound infection after tension-free inguinal hernia repair. To record the operation time and methods. Results： Twenty patients underwent inguinal hernioplasties. Nineteen cases partially removal were successful. One mesh were totally removed, there were none recurrences and re-injection in the follow-up. The average follow-up was 9 months （6-12）. Conclusion： Factors related to infection af- ter tension-free inguinal hernia repair are many. However, The key is to removing the infected mesh by operation.
