醒脑静联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

目的:观察醒脑静联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死伴意识障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择某科收治急性脑梗死伴意识障碍患者48例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组24例在常规治疗的基础上给予依达拉奉与醒脑静联合治疗,对照组24例在常规治疗的基础上给予依达拉奉治疗,对两组的GCS评分、神经功能缺损程度评分及总有效率进行比较。结果:观察组在治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分、GCS评分明显好于对照组,有显著差异(P0.05);观察组与对照组治疗总有效率进行比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合醒脑静治疗急性脑梗死伴意识障碍患者的疗效明显优于单药依达拉奉治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing joint edaravone to treat the acute cerebral infarction associated with disturbance of consciousness. Methods ： Select the neurology ward of our hospital treated 48 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction associated with disturbance of consciousness as an ob- Ject of studv.were randomlv divided into observation group and control group,the 24 cases of observation group to give the basis of routine treatment, at the same time to give the combmanon merapy oi euaravone anu Xingnaojing,to compare the GCS score the neurological deficit scores and the total efficiency of the two group. Results： the observation group in the treatment of neurological deficit score, GCS score was significantly better than the control group,with the significant differences （P〈0.05）,the total efficiency of the two group was significant difference （P〈O.05）. Conclusion： the treatment of edaravone Joint Xingnaojing to treat the acute cerebral infarction in patients with disturbance of consciousness were significantly better than single drug edaravone, which is worthy of clinical application.
