低分子肝素钠联合丹参注射液治疗慢性肺心病临床观察

目的:探讨低分子肝素钠联合丹参注射液对慢性肺源性心脏病(慢性肺心病)急性发作的治疗效果。方法:将60例慢性肺心病患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组予以抗感染、解痉祛痰、通畅气道、吸氧、强心利尿、扩血管等治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用低分子肝素钠联合丹参注射液进行治疗。对两组治疗前后的血气分析、肺功能、临床疗效等指标进行比较评价。结果:治疗组的血气分析、肺功能、临床疗效等指标均优于对照组,无明显不良反应。结论:低分子肝素钠联合丹参注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效较好,副作用少,用药安全。

Clinical Observation on Effects of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Combined with Danshen Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective： To investigate the effects of low molecular weight heparin Sodium Combined with Danshen Injection in chronic cor pulmonale patients （corpulmonale）at the acute stage. Methods： The 60 patients with chronic cor pulmonale were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. The control group to be, such as anti-infection, anti-spasm,keeping respiratory tract unobstructed ,sucking oxygen, stengthening the function of heart,keeping diuresis,dilatating blood vessel and so on, The treatment group in the control group based on the application of low molecular weight heparin sodium injection combined with Danshen injection in treatment of. The arterial blood-gas analysis,lung function and clinical were evaluated before and after the treatment. Results： Arterial blood-gas analysis,lung function,clinical and other indicators of the treatment group are better than the control group without side effect. Conclusion： Low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease, proves to have good curative effect, less side effects, and drug safety.
