口腔医学技术专业顶岗实习管理存在的问题及对策

口腔医学技术专业学生顶岗实习的单位都是营利性的义齿公司,与其他临床医学类相关专业相比,在实习管理上有很大的不同。该文通过对某校8年来口腔医学技术专业实习管理的经验的总结,对该专业在顶岗实习中存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决的对策及建议,为今后该专业学生进行实习管理提供借鉴。

Problems and the Corresponding Solutions on Practice Management of Stomatology technology Majors

The artificial denture manufacturers, where the stomatology technology majors work as interns, are all for-profit organizations. This differs a lot when compared with the practice management of other clinical medicine majors in non-profit hospitals. Through 8 years experience in the practice management of stomatology technology majors, this article will analyze the problems and propose corresponding solutions and suggestions; thus provides reference for future practice management.
