缺血性脑卒中病人社区综合干预的有效性探讨

摘    要:目的:探索对缺血性脑卒中病人社区综合干预的有效性,以期提高其生活质量。方法:将出院到社区的120名缺血性脑卒中病人,随机分为干预组和对照组,由社区家庭康复团队,按家庭氧疗、康复训练、健康教育的社区综合干预模式,6个月时选用卒中影响量表对患者的生活质量进行评定。结果:两组患者干预前后生活质量从生理功能、移动能力、ADL等8个维度比较,干预组患者的总体生活质量明显得到提高(P0.05)。结论:社区综合干预能促进缺血性脑卒中病人生理功能、日常生活活动能力等方面的恢复,有效改善缺血性脑卒中后遗症期病人生活质量。

Assessment of Therapeutic Effect of Community-based Comprehensive Interference among Cerebral Arterial Thrombosis Patients

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the availability of community-based comprehensive interference among cerebral arterial thrombosis patients, hoped to enhance the patients life quality. Methods: 120 cases of patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis in the community were selected in the study and randomly divided into two groups that the interference group and the control group. Community-based comprehensive interference was conducted by the community-family rehabilitation team. The measures included home oxygen therapy, rehabilitation training, health education- Stroke Impact Scale were used after six months for assessment of the patients life quality. Results: Comparing the interference group with the control group in the physiological function, locomotivity, ADL and some other aspects of life quality, the patients life quality in interference group were obviously general enhanced (P〈0.05). Conclusion. Community-based comprehensive interference for cerebral arterial thrombosis patients can enhance the physiological function and activities of daily life recovery and effectively improve cerebral arterial thrombosis sequelae stae patients life quality.
