| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区综合护理干预对重性精神病患者康复疗效的影响。方法:对38例重性精神病患者加强监护,提供主动性服务,如健康教育、心理咨询、药物治疗、危机干预、上门随访康复指导等。结果:开展社区综合护理干预后,重性精神病患者的监护率、社会参与率和服药依从性均提高,病情复发率、肇事肇祸率下降。结论:实施社区综合护理干预提高了重性精神病患者康复疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study effect of comprehensive community nursing intervention on rehabilitation effect of severe psychopaths. Methods： To strengthen the guardianship on 38 severe mental patients, provide initiative service such as health education, drug treatment, crisis intervention and the door follow-up rehabilitation guidance, etc. Results： After taking comprehensive community nursing intervention, the monitoring rate, the social participation rate and compliance of severe psychopaths are all increased than before, while the recurrence rate and accident rate are both decreased. Conclusions： Taking comprehensive community nursing intervention has increased the rehabilitation effect of severe psychopaths |
