经腹部B超监护无痛人流术临床效果分析

摘    要:目的评价B超监测下的无痛人流术临床应用价值。方法收集2006年1月至2007年12月妇产科门诊784例早孕(停经在35-69天)人工流产妇女,随机分成392例对照组和392例观察组。在其他治疗方法相同的情况下,观察组常用在B超监测下行无痛人工流产术。观察两组患者手术时间,术中术后并发症,术后阴道流血时间及月经恢复情况。结果观察组392例无痛人流手术均为一次成功,无漏吸,吸宫不全、子宫穿孔等并发症发生,手术成功率100%。与对照组相比手术时间缩短,术中出血量减少,术后阴道流血时间缩短。结论常规人流术手术者是在盲视下凭临床经验及手感操作,易发生并发症。在B超引导下可视人流术操作简单安全,具有直观性。可动态地观察宫腔内情况变化,引导手术器械的操作,能及时检测吸刮物干净与否,最大限度减少术中术后并发症的发生。(1)

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of painless artificial abortion under the monitoring of B-ultrasonic. Methods 784 women with early pregnancy induced abortion (the manolipsis time was among 35-69 days) from Jan.2006 to Dec.2007 were randomly divided into 392 cases of control group and 392 cases of observation group. The observation group was performed painless artificial abortion under the monitoring of B-ultrasonic. The operation time, complications before and after operation, the vaginal bleeding time after operation and recover condition of menstruation of two groups were observed. Results The operations were successfully completed in all patients in the observation group. No complications such as leaky, incomplete uterine aspiration, uterine perforation occurred. The successful rate was 100%. Compared with the control group, the operation time and the vaginal bleeding time after operation were shortened, and the bleeding volume during operation was reduced. Conclusions The conventional artificial abortion was performed under clinical experiences and hand feeling, during which the complication is likely to occur. The painless artificial abortion under the monitoring of B-ultrasonic is easy, safe and visual. We can dynamically observe the changes in uterine cavity, pilot the operation of surgical instrument, timely detect the curettage and maximum reduce the occurrence of complications during and after operation.
