艾滋病防范意识和行为的性别差异

目的:了解不同群体、不同性别对艾滋病防范意识和行为的差异,为把艾滋病的蔓延阻止在以男性为主的阶段、采取有效的干预措施提供客观依据.方法:采用小组访谈及个别深入访谈定性调查方法.结果:男性对性病、艾滋病防范意识薄弱,缺乏保护性伴、阻止艾滋病蔓延的社会责任感;女性自我保护的意识薄弱,缺乏可提高自我保护的条件和能力.结论:必需加强艾滋病防范意识的宣传教育,把增强男性责任、提高女性自我保护能力与行为干预结合起来.流动人口的性问题是艾滋病流行的隐患,故必需加强对流动人口的管理,减少艾滋病性传播的危险因素.主张发动各界力量,形成政府领导、多部门齐抓共管、全社会参与的艾滋病防治体系.

Gender difference in preventive consciousness and behavior against AIDS

Objective: To find the differences in preventive consciousness and behavior against AIDS in different sexes and populations, therby providing an objective basis for taking effective measures to circumscribe the spread of AIDS at the male predominant stage. Methods: Qualitative investigation was carried out by team interviews and individual in-depth interviews . Results:In male, the preventive consciousness against STDs and AIDS was weak, and the sense of social responsibility for protecting sex partners and precluding the spread of AIDS was laking. In females, the consciousness of self-protection was weak,and the capacity and ability to enhance self-protection are lacking. Conclutions: It is necessary to stregthen the publicity on preventive consciousness against AIDS, heighten man' s sense of social responsibility, enhance woman' s ability of self-protection, as well as exercise behavioral intervention.
