洛度沙胺联合丝裂霉素C预防翼状胬肉复发

目的　观察洛度沙胺滴眼液联合丝裂霉素C预防胬肉复发的作用。方法　对 6 5例 (71眼 )原发性和复发性翼状胬肉随机分为两组 ,治疗组 34例 (38眼 ) ,对照组 31例 (33眼 )。两组均施行胬肉切除加带蒂结膜瓣移位术 ,治疗组术后滴用 0 1%洛度沙胺滴眼液 ,每天 4次 ,共 3个月 ,同时滴用 0 1g/L丝裂霉素C ,每天 2次 ,共 6d ,随访 11～ 2 0个月 ,平均 13个月。结果　 2例 (2眼 )失访。治疗组翼状胬肉复发率2 70 % ,对照组复发率 31 2 5 % ,P <0 0 1,治疗组角膜创面愈合延迟。 4例结膜切口裂开 ,9例有浅层点状角膜炎。结论　翼状胬肉切除加带蒂结膜瓣移位术后滴用 0 1%洛度沙胺滴眼液联合 0 1g/L丝裂霉素C能有效地预防翼状胬肉复发 ,但出现部分并发症。

Combined Iodoxamide and mitomycin C in preventing recurrence of pterygium

Objective To observe the preventive effect of topical lodoxamide 0.1% eye drops and mitomycin C 0.1g/L eye drops on pterygium recurrence following pterygium excision and pedicled conjunctival transplantation.Methods 65 patients(71 eyes) of primary and recurrent pterygium were randomly divided into two groups:31 patients(33 eyes) as control group,34 patients(38 eyes) as treatment group who received lodoxamide 0.1% eye drops four times a day for 3 months and mitomycin C 0.1g/L eye drops twice daily for 6 days after surgery.Postoperative follow up ranged from 11 to 20 months(mean,13 months).Results 2 patients(2 eyes) lost of follow up.The recurrent rate was 31.25% in the control group and 2.70% in the treatment group(P<0.01).The side effects in treatment group were as follows:delayed heal in cornea wound in 37 eyes,conjunctival wound dehiscence in 4 eyes,superficial punctate keratitis in 9 eyes.Conclusion Instillation of lodoxamide 0.1% eye drops and mitomycin C 0.1g/L eye drops after the pterygium excision and pedicled conjunctival transplantation can decrease pterygium recurrent rate,but some side effects will occur.
