特发性间质性肺炎经支气管镜肺活检组织中PDGF的表达及其意义

目的通过了解PDGF在IIP肺组织中的表达和分布,探讨PDGF在不同类型特发性间质性肺炎发病中的作用及其意义。方法选择较典型的IIP经支气管经肺活检组织(蜡块)重新切片,并通过免疫组织化学方法观察了PDGF在IIPs不同组织类型肺组织中的表达。结果 PDGF-A在各组中表达强度依次是:UIPAIPDIPRBILDCOPLIPNSIP正常对照组。PDGF的表达水平①所有试验组均高于正常对照组(P0.05)。②UIP与AIP组高于NSIP、DIP、RBILD、COP、LIP、正常对照组(P0.05),UIP与AIP组比较表达强度差异无显著性(P0.05)③NSIP、DIP、RBILD、COP、LIP各组间比较表达强度差异无显著性(P0.05)。结论①PDGF在IIP肺组织中的表达高于正常肺组织。②PDGF在不同类型IIP肺组织中的表达强度不同。③UIP和AIP肺组织中的表达强度明显高于其他类型。

The Expression and Significance of PDGF in Bronchoscopic Lung Biopsy of Idiopathic Interstitial Pneumonia

Objective To discuss the function and significance of PDGF in different types of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia pathogenesis,through the understanding of the expression and distribution of PDGF in IIP lung tissues.Methods To select and re-slice bronchial pulmonary biopsy（paraffin blocks） of more typical IIP,and observe the expression of PDGF in different histologic lung tissues through immunohistochemistry methods.Results the order of expression intensities of PDGF-A in various groups is as follows：UIPAIPDIPRBILDCOPLIPNSIPnormal control group.The level of expression of PDGF ① All the test group were higher than the control group（P0.05）.② UIP and AIP groups are higher than NSIP,DIP,RBILD,COP,LIP,and normal control group（P0.05）,and no significant differences can be seen between the expression intensities of UIP and AIP group（P0.05）.③ No significant differences can be seen between the expression intensities of NSIP,DIP,RBILD,COP,and LIP groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion ① The expression of PDGF in the IIP lung tissues is higher than normal lung tissues.② The expression intensities of PDGF in different types of IIP lung tissues are different.③ The expression intensities of UIP and AIP lung tissues are significantly higher than other types.
