某厂噪声作业工人113例健康状况调查

目的 探讨噪声对作业工人健康的影响。方法 对某厂接触噪声作业的113名工人及无噪声影响的99名人员进行对照调查分析，包括电测听、血压、心电图检查。结果 接触组人员的听力下降，高频听力损伤为46．02％。耳鸣、血压增高（19．47％）、心电图异常（35．40％）与对照组比较，差异均有显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论 工矿企业必须加强对噪声环境的治理并建立职业卫生管理制度，改善劳动条件。

Investigation of the Health Status of 113 Noise-Exposed Workers

[Objective] To explore the effect of noise on workers' health.[Methods] Contrastive analysis was made on 113 noise-exposed workers and 99 common workers on their electrical audition test,blood pressure and electrocardiogram examination.[Results] The audition of the contact group decreased with the high-frequency audio damage of 46.02%.Significant difference was found in tinnitus,blood pressure increasing(19.47%) and abnormal electrocardiogram(35.40%).[Conclusion] Supervision on the noise in the industrial and coal enterprises should be strengthened;working condition should be improved.
