摘    要:目的 :探寻一种简易运动激发试验 ( 6min跑步试验 ) ,作为辅助诊断儿童哮喘的方法 ,并评价运动对呼吸功能的影响。方法 :将 1 42例儿童分为 4组 :正常对照组 ,支气管炎组 ,哮喘组 ,疑似哮喘组。受试儿童沿医院长廊来回自由、连续跑步运动 6min,分别在运动前及运动后 1 ,7,1 5 min各测定肺功能 1次。结果 :哮喘组、疑似哮喘组运动后 FEV1、PEF、FEF50 、FEF75较运动前明显下降 ,有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;运动试验阳性率高。结论 :6min跑步试验能客观评价运动后肺功能的受损程度和状态。 FEV1、PEF、FEF50 、FEF75可作为判断运动试验结果的指标。

Abstract:Objective:To pursue a simple and easy exercise stimulating experiment,6 minute run test,to diagnose the children's asthma assistantly,and to evaluate the influence of the exercise on respiration function. Methods: 142 children were divided into 4 groups (normal control,bronchitis,asthma,suspected asthma)and were requested to make a continuous run along the hospital corridor for 6 minute.Lung function tests were performed before exercise, immediately after and at 1, 7, 15 min after 6 minute free running exercise. Results:Asthma and suspected asthma children had significant decrease in FEV 1,PEF,FEF 50 after exercise compared with pre-exercise(P<0.05);positive rate of 6 minute free run test was high. Conclusion:6 minute run test may evaluation the condition and damage of lung function. FEV 1,PEF,FEF 50,FEF 75 may be used as markers for 6 minute run test.
