| 摘 要： | 目的：评价喷昔洛韦注射液的安全性。方法：采用溶血试验、静脉血管刺激试验、全身过敏试验方法进行动物实验研究。结果：浓度为0．5mg／mL喷昔洛韦注射液无溶血现象，无过敏反应现象，对静脉血管无刺激反应。结论：浓度为0．5mg／mL喷昔洛韦注射液在拟定的实验条件下是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the safety of the penciclovir injection.Methods:A series of animal pharmacological researches including the hemolysis test,venous stimulation test and the allergy test was carried out.Results:There was neither the hemolyses phenomenon nor allergy effect at concentration of 0.5 mg/mL after medicine was injected into animal,had no significant stimulation effect on vessel either.Conclusion:Penciclovir injection is safe at concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.The experiments provide a theoretical basis to assess the safety of penciclovir injection for clinical application. |
