Notch信号通路和Notch相关疾病

Notch信号通路是一条进化上十分保守的信号转导系统。Notch受体通过与配体的相互作用转导细胞信号。从而在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡中发挥重要的调控作用。Notch信号通路中某些分子的基因突变与多种疾病的发生发展有关。如肿瘤、遗传性疾病、自身免疫性疾病等。另外，Notch信号通路在同一疾病的不同类型载不同发展阶段起的作用也不尽相同。

The Notch Signaling Pathway and Notch-associated Diseases

The Notch signaling pathway is an evolutionarily conserved signal transduction system. Notch signaling transduces signals through receptor iigand interactions, therefore playing important roles in cellular developmental pathway including proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis.Gene mutation of some molecules in Notch signaling pathway is associated with the formation and progression of many types of diseases,such as tumor, genetic disease,autoimmune disease,and so on. Moreover, it may have different functions for different subtypes and stages of one disease.
