| 摘 要： | 目的了解新疆南疆社区维吾尔族老年人的养老方式及养老服务需求现况,探讨适合南疆维吾尔族老年人的养老方式。方法选取新疆南疆3个城区60岁及以上317名社区维吾尔族老年人为调查对象,采用自行设计的老年人养老方式选择意愿及原因、老年人养老服务需求情况调查问卷进行调查。结果社区维吾尔族老年人目前的养老方式82.97%为家庭养老;养老方式意愿为80.76%的老年人选择家庭养老,主要原因为68.14%的老年人希望得到子女照顾,50.47%的老年人自身不愿入住养老机构;南疆社区维吾尔族老年人对医疗保健、休闲娱乐和体育健身方面的养老服务需求高,分别为93.06%、76.97%、44.16%。结论家庭养老目前是维吾尔族老年人养老方式的首选,为社区养老服务模式提供了发展空间。
