| 摘 要： | 肝脏切除时的出血和大量输血与术后并发症的发生和肿瘤的复发密切相关，控制性低中心静脉压作为一种新型的麻醉技术，可减少肝脏切除手术中的出血量与输血，减少并发症，这一技术的应用使得肝脏手术的安全性大为提高，同时可节约医疗资源，缩短住院时间，且控制性低中心静脉压的应用对肝肾功能没有明显不利影响。

| Abstract: | The blood loss and massive transfusion during hepatectomy are closely related to postoperative complications and tumor recurrence,As a new type of anesthesia technology.the application of controlled low central venous pressure can reduce blood loss.the chance of transfusion intraoperation and complications. Application of this technology has increased the safety of liver surgery significantly.saved medical resources and shortened the duration of hospitalization.and has no adverse effect on liver and renal functions. |
