| 摘 要： | 目的提高七叶神安片的质量标准。方法改进七叶神安片人参皂苷Rb3含量测定所用的梯度洗脱方法;用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定七叶神安片中人参皂苷Rb1含量。结果采用改进后的梯度洗脱方法,人参皂苷Rb3含量测定结果重现性好,平均回收率为98.76%,RSD为1.15%（n=6）。结论改进后七叶神安片人参皂苷Rb3含量测定方法及人参皂苷Rb1含量测定的HPLC法,具有准确、灵敏、专属性强、重现性好的特点,能更有效控制七叶神安片的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the quality control standard for Qiyeshen＇an Tablets. Methods To improve the method of HPLC gradient elution for determining ginsenoside Rb3 in Qiyeshen＇an Tablets. The HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of ginsenoside Rb1 in Qiyeshen＇an Tablets. Results The improved method of HPLC gradient elution for ginsenoside Rb3 determination had the good repeatability. After determining the content of ginsenoside Rb1 by HPLC,the average recovery rate was 98.76%, RSD was 1. 15% （n = 6）. Conclusion The improved method of HPLC gradient elution method for the ginsenoside Rb3 determination of Qiyeshen＇an Tablets and the HPLC method to determine ginsenoside Rb3 are proved to be accurate,sensitive and specific with good repeatability,which can control the quality of Qiyeshen＇an Tablets more effectively. |
