早期肠内营养在普外科重症患者的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨早期肠内营养在普外科重症患者的临床应用效果。方法:选择危重患者46例,随机分为对照组和肠内营养组,观察营养监测指标在两组中的变化情况。结果:肠内营养组对肠功能恢复时间(肛门排气、肛门排便)、营养指标(血糖、血清总蛋白、白蛋白)改善明显,临床疗效较对照组较好。结论:早期肠内营养在普外科重症患者的临床应用是可行的、合理的、有效的营养支持方式,有助于患者的早日康复,建议临床推广应用。
