上颌第一磨牙近中颊根2~(mb)的根管治疗效果分析

目的:探讨上颌第一磨牙近中颊根的第二根管(2mb)治疗的临床效果。方法:100例(100颗牙)需要行根管治疗的上颌第一磨牙2mb患者为研究对象。术前经X线拍片,术中经髓腔制备仔细探查和确诊2mb,预备根管,侧压法根充。术后充填完成后拍X光片确认2mb充填到位。结果:术后12个月复查,临床疗效总有效率为100.0%,其中成功76颗(76.0%);进步24颗(24.0%);所有患者均感觉患牙咀嚼功能良好。结论:术前术后X线片、术中仔细探查以及完善的根管治疗可以提高上颌第一磨牙2mb的治愈率。

Analysis of treatment of the second mesiobuccal root canal in maxillary first molars
