妇科手术对女性盆底功能的影响

目的:探讨妇科手术前后女性盆底功能的变化情况。方法:随机抽取进行妇科盆腔手术的患者108例,分别在手术前、手术后进行盆底功能评估。结果:盆底功能影响问卷调查评价盆底功能障碍发生率分别为:子宫全切除术组术后为52.78%,子宫次全切组术后为38.89%,附件手术组术后为16.67%。附件手术组术后PFD发生率较子宫手术组术后低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。附件手术术后PFD发生率较术前高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。盆底肌电图评价盆底功能障碍发生率分别为:子宫全切除术组为55.56%,子宫次全切组为44.44%,附件手术组为22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科手术对盆底功能有一定的损害,尤其以子宫全切除术更为明显。

Effect of Pelvic Operation on the Pelvic Floor Function
