深圳市龙岗区2000～2004年结核病归口管理队列分析

目的：分析深圳市龙岗区5年来结核病归口管理情况。方法：辖区各综合医院预防保健科对医院各科报告的可疑结核病报告卡进行汇总每月上报并对病人进行转诊，由区慢性病防治院结防科汇总分析。结果：5年间肺结核平均到位率为89．4％，确诊肺结核病例数占报告卡数的53．5％，综合医院截留病人率为3．8％，拒绝到位2．4％，自行回原籍占4．4％。结论：深圳市龙岗区的结核病疫情报告情况良好；综合医院是结核病病人发现的主要途径；重点解决截留、拒诊和流动人口结核病人去向。

THE COHORT ANALYSIS OF THE CONVERGENCE TUBERCULOSIS CASES-MANAGEMENT IN LONGGANG, SHENZHEN DURING 2000- 2004

Objective:To analysis the situation of TB cases reporting of convergence tuberculosis cases-management during 2000-2004.Methods:All general hospital tuberculosis dispensaries followed up the reported tuberculosis cases.The followed up results were reported to prefecture tuberculosis dispensaries and the data were consolidated monthly.Results:The average arrival rate was 88.9% about 5 years.The TB cases confirmation rate among the reported cases was 53.5%.The case holding rate in general hospital was 3.8%.The rate of patients refused to visit tuberculosis dispensaries was 2.4% and that of patient return to native place without pronounced is 4.4%.Conclusion:The situation of the convergence tuberculosis cases-management is suitable since 2000.The general hospital is a important way of the cases finding.The problems should be solved such as holding patients by general hospitals,patients refuse to visit tuberculosis dispensaries and where they go.
